TERMS & CONDITIONS
(TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING)
1. PAYMENT TERMS
We require full payment for online checkout. We also accept 60% downpayment for non online checkout transactions based on the total contract price, the remaining 40% shall be given upon completion of the project.

2. PRODUCTION
2.a Finalized design, dimension, finishes and specification shall be approved prior to the commencement of production.
2.b Client must provide and disclose all technical specifications of any appliances and or gadgets that will be incorporated to the layout/design. Should there be any post-modification with the specifications such as materials, design, dimension and/or finishes additional charges may incur and adjustments in timeline.
2.c In any case where there's a delay caused by or resulting from Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood, or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of material, equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather or other causes beyond our reasonable control TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING shall not be counted in determining the time during which work shall be completed or such action shall be taken, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or a reasonable time, and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.
3. FAILURE TO PAY
If the Customer fails to pay TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING any amount under this Agreement by the due date of payment, TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING may immediately do any of the following, without any liability, until all overdue fees are paid: (a.) Charge the Customer interest on the overdue amount at 5%. (b.) terminate this Agreement without any obligation to refund the Customer any money in respect of the cancellation. (c.)TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING has the right not to deliver or pull-out the above commissioned furniture and to forfeit any payment made including reservation and/or downpayment despite of multiple balance payment follow-ups.
4. TIMEFRAME
7-10 days for our "Signature Production Desk" and 6-8 weeksor custom build furniture (not including holidays and weekends). Lead time shall commence upon signature our "FURNITURE COMMISSION AGREEMENT" for custom build pieces and receipt of downpayment. Should there be any post-modification with the design and materials, additional charges may incur and adjustments in timeframe.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
There shall be no refund for cancelled orders. TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING does not accept cancellation or return of order/s.
6. WARRANTY
6.a Warranty Disclaimer
The characteristics of wood used to build a commissioned piece may vary slightly from the wood used in any samples or product photography due to the inherent characteristics of material. Wood as being natural material, there will be variation including knots, texture, grain variations. We cannot control or guarantee the exact look of any brand or product. In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color, lustre or appearance of finishes of any product. All of our products are completely handcrafted, and we make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly as any another. TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING guarantees that the specifications of the commissioned piece will be followed and delivered. In the event the received items are far from the description or specifications stated in this agreement, TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING will pick-up and redo the piece according to this agreement and specifications of the client without any additional charge/fees from the client.
6.b Warranty Period
TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING warrants that the Furniture, including customization as per the Customer’s instructions such as finishes and material will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship.
TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING reserves the right to inspect and test the product/s for the purpose of determining the extent of defect and the validity of any claim made under this warranty. All defective parts/materials replaced by TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING under this warranty will be deemed to be the property of TABLAPRIMERA FURNITURE MANUFACTURING.
This warranty will not apply if the Furniture are rendered faulty by a factor other than a defect in materials and craftsmanship. Such factors include but are not limited to:
1. Damage through misuse (including failure to maintain, service or use with proper care), neglect, accident, or ordinary wear and tear (including deterioration of parts and accessories)
2. Use for a purpose for which Furniture was not sold or designed.
6.c Warranty Claim
