KITCHEN/DINING AREA
To give our space a farmhouse industrial vibe, we turned our attention to the ceiling. We used steel tubular elements, reinforced with turnbuckles and corrugated bars. It's not just about stability; these additions also bring that industrial look we were after. The result? A space that blends charm with practicality, where every element plays a role in telling the story of our unique style.
DINING AREA
We've created a dining ensemble with a farmhouse charm, combining solid wood mahogany and tubular elements for the table. Pairing seamlessly with it is a custom bench, while a robust dining chair completes the set. The chair boasts a luxurious upholstered leather seat designed with the resort environment in mind for safe and comfortable seating even when guests are wet but also a tasteful touch of upholstery on the backrest for added elegance.
In consideration of the resort setting, each piece is coated with a protective layer of high-quality Italian polyurethane. This ensures a resilient, moisture-resistant, and water-resistant finish, allowing your guests to enjoy both style and comfort in your dining space. In alignment with our client's vision of a kitchen reminiscent of popular setups in the United States, we seamlessly integrated the sink into the kitchen island. This transformation involved adjusting the water line from its original location under the window to the new focal point, the kitchen island. To enhance functionality, we incorporated various kitchen accessories including a pull-out pantry, waste bin, tandem box for drawers, cutlery tray, magic corner shelves, condiments rack, and more.
For the foundational elements, we opted for durability and style. The carcass is crafted from melamine marine plywood with textured laminate (Splendor White Walnut), imparting a warm farmhouse ambiance. To address concerns like termites, wood burrows, and molds, we employed PVC board for the sink carcass and substrate, ensuring the kitchen's long-term resilience.
Versatility meets style with the kitchen island, which doubles as a charming breakfast nook. Paired with farmhouse-style stools, it creates a welcoming space. For enhanced functionality, we incorporated LED strip lights in aluminum profiles, providing ample illumination for the entire modular cabinet setup. The solid surface boasts the elegance of Calcata quartz, while the backsplash features classic subway tiles. The meticulous combination of materials and design choices brings the farmhouse look to life, creating a kitchen space that effortlessly marries functionality with aesthetic appeal.

In response to the lofty ceiling, our goal was to optimize space while maintaining a simple and minimalist aesthetic. To achieve this, we installed a drop-down ceiling adorned with PVC panels, cleverly accentuating the expansive area. In designing the console, simplicity took precedence to ensure a harmonious balance with the adjacent kitchen and dining spaces.
Considering the client's preference to retain their existing sofa, we curated a farmhouse-style center table as the perfect complement. This intentional choice not only preserves the farmhouse theme but also seamlessly integrates the living space, creating an atmosphere that is both spacious and effortlessly chic.

In designing the master's bedroom, our emphasis was on infusing warmth and character into the space. To achieve this, we introduced a faux beam with faux wood grains, creating a visually striking ceiling that adds life to the room. In addition, we incorporated practical elements, including shelving and cabinets, specifically designed for guest luggage. This thoughtful touch ensures a clutter-free environment during their stay at the resort.
Recognizing the importance of versatility, we transformed the room into a master's bedroom, featuring a double-size bed with a single bed pull-out for additional guests. To enhance the cozy ambiance and capture the true essence of a resort vibe, we chose warm white-yellow lights, casting a welcoming glow that makes the room both inviting and relaxing.

In envisioning the guest room, we aimed to maximize the impressive height of the ceiling on the next level. The idea of a 3-level bed immediately came to mind during our design process, anticipating the excitement of kids climbing up while providing the lower part as an industrial bunk bed for adults. This innovative bed can comfortably accommodate up to 12 to 14 individuals, offering a dynamic sleeping arrangement.
In addition to its versatility, the room features a dedicated work station, thoughtfully situated for guests engaged in work-from-home tasks or those seeking a space for work or leisure on their laptops. To enhance the overall guest experience, we included convenient side tables where they can securely store personal belongings while enjoying the resort's amenities outside.
